Well, you're H, and E are wide, based on your U and N. Something slightly wrong with the C, O and D, too. I could fix it, like I have to do so much type the designers gefuch... but no...
BTW, one reason you make small cps slightly wider is so they can hold their own against the lower case letters. They often appear on the same line. Wouldn't look right if a small cap "O", for example, wasn't a bit wider than a lower case "o"...
It is almost like you need three sets of small caps. One for display, one for run-in acronyms, and one for phonetics. That's a bit much to ask, so compromises arise.
