A while ago I readthis post. I am looking for this vector file as I'm a student of Slavic philology and would like to use it in some of my works (so non-commercial). Im willing to pay a fee if requested.
It seems Ivan Gulkov vanished, I cannot contact him and his personal page is not updated since a couple of years now.
Does anyone have this source or a link to it ? I'd appreciate it lots.
